Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and a tracking number will be sent out. During high volume orders, processing can be extended out up until 5- 7 business days.

U.S orders ship FREE $35 plus orders. Shipping generally takes 2-5 business days.

International Orders ship at rates based on the weight. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges. Shipping generally takes 1-3 weeks.

In the event of your package being returned due to a wrong address etc., you will be responsible for the reship fee.

If package is marked as delivered and you do not have your package, give it a day or two as sometimes USPS marks an item as delivered but in fact, it's still in transit. If still not delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, contact USPS directly to file a claim.
